Job Summary
Seeking a Process Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, focusing on process optimization, safety, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related field
- Minimum of 4+ years previous Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- 8+ years of demonstrated continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment (if no degree)
- Must have the ability to wear personal protective equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of extrusion coating, silicone coating, printing and slitting processes
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, SAP, DELMIA Apriso)
- Knowledge of statistical techniques including SPC, design of experiments, and quality improvement systems
- Six Sigma Green and/or Black Belt certification

- Must pass all three pre-employment tests (lifting test, drug test, and background check)
