Job Summary
Process Engineer Lead responsible for design, development, and execution of complex operational processes aligned with organizational goals. Performs advanced modeling and data analysis to identify constraints and optimize operations; implements and manages improvements impacting people, service, cost, and overall performance. Oversees large-scale projects, mentors senior engineers, and drives innovation through emerging technologies while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Requires onsite presence three days per week at Minooka, IL; Patterson, CA; Los Angeles, CA; or Portland, OR Distribution Centers with peak travel up to 75%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Operations Management, Engineering or equivalent STEM field (required)
- Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years Process engineering with proven project management and process-improvement experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
