Job Summary
Process Engineer responsible for technical support and process leadership to optimize manufacturing assets. Focus on monitoring and improving process performance through data analysis, auditing, RCCA investigations, and DOE-driven trials. Leads or supports RCCA investigations, designs and executes DOE experiments to validate improvements, collaborates cross-functionally to drive efficiency, quality, and cost reductions, and supports on-site construction, commissioning, startup, and safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science
- minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial continuous process manufacturing
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) for process improvement
- Proven problem solving skills including complex data analysis
- Proven ability to lead projects to successful completion
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to interact with a broad range of employees
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to off-hours issues in a 24/7 manufacturing operation
