Job Summary
Process Engineer role focused on monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve output, material efficiency, energy use, and product quality. Responsibilities include data analysis, RCCA investigations, DOE design and execution, trials, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and safe, efficient operations. Candidate should have a bachelor's in engineering, at least 1 year in industrial continuous processing, and hands-on experience with data-driven problem solving, DOE, RCCA, and process optimization in a manufacturing setting. The position requires on-site work at the Penbryn, NJ facility and a willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science
- minimum 1 year of experience in industrial continuous process manufacturing
- experience identifying and implementing process improvements
- problem solving skills including complex data analysis
- ability to lead key projects to successful completion
- experience with DOE for process improvement
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- strong collaboration and communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- willingness to participate in on-call rotation and respond to off-hours issues
