Process Engineer-Inventory Operations

Job Summary
Own the process and project life cycle from ideation through sustainment, defining business requirements with cross-functional teams to drive strategic inventory initiatives. Identify improvement opportunities by researching issues, performing root cause analysis, and compiling qualitative and quantitative information to communicate well-reasoned decisions. Establish schedules, guidelines, and procedures while exploring alternative solutions using continuous improvement tools to deliver complete fixes. Execute multiple projects spanning teams, communicating risks and recommendations to senior leadership to ensure alignment. Requires 4-6 years of process improvement experience and proficiency with lean production systems.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for continuous improvement
- 4-6 years of process improvement experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of lean production systems
- Proven history of successful lean implementation
- Proficiency with continuous improvement processes and tools
- Demonstrated experience in creating and communicating process flow maps
- Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis
- Demonstrated experience in new process introduction
- Demonstrated experience in change management
- Minimum of three days a week on-site expectation
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Organization and time management skills
