Job Summary
Process Engineer for Industrial Water Treatment on SpaceX Starlink program responsible for activating, qualifying, and optimizing ultrapure process water and wastewater systems, designing and productionizing mechanical/fluid systems, interpreting lab data to maintain safe operations, developing procedures, and driving continuous improvement through collaboration with manufacturing, EHS, facilities, and suppliers. Requires PKG knowledge of PFDs/P&IDs, 2D/3D CAD drawings, BOMs, and experience with lean manufacturing and project cost analyses; must be able to work shifts and handle physical requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or with fluids/mechanical/electromechanical design and analysis (internship or project team experience applicable)
