Job Summary

Drive innovation and development of CVD process and hardware technology by defining technical paths to solve high-value problems. Develop, plan, and execute process engineering development projects while performing process and hardware characterization on highly complex systems. Lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class performance solutions, collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams to integrate films for semiconductor device manufacturing. Experiment, learn, and absorb knowledge from multiple sources to implement the best solutions for current and future technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor processing technology
  • Passionate in solving problems and advancing technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to break down complex challenges into clear problem statements, and develop strategy to solve them
  • Ability to absorb knowledge from multiple sources, identify and implement the best solution
  • Work independently and in a team with varying fields and years of expertise
  • 10% of the Time travel
