Process Engineer II

Job Summary
Design, implement, and improve manufacturing or production processes to maximize efficiency and quality while adhering to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Diagnose and resolve process-related problems to minimize downtime, applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive cost reduction. Create and maintain process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and technical reports, then provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and hourly team members on best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, maintenance, and operations to ensure seamless process integration and assist in scaling up new products. Ensure machinery operates within specified parameters and integrate digital tools with engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Specialized Degree: Engineering
- 2-4 Years of Experience
- Field(s) of Expertise: Engineering
- Certificates/Licenses: Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt
- Domestic: Less than 20% of time
- Moving - 25% of time
