Job Summary
Process Engineer II/III responsible for evaluating, selecting, developing, and implementing programs for product and process characterization, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and product quality. Roles include conducting experiments and testing materials, maintaining data records, analyzing data to drive improvements, preparing process documentation (P&IDs, SOPs), supporting safety procedures, and mentoring or coordinating technicians. Opportunities to lead process improvement projects, scale up processes from lab to pilot to production, and interact with R&D for new process development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field and 2+ years of chemical manufacturing experience
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Equivalent combination of education and related experience
