Process Engineer II

Develop and execute continuous improvement plans for manufacturing processes while providing technical support to operations and maintenance groups for problem solving and troubleshooting. Identify and implement process controls, maintain product standards, and lead initiatives to improve yield and performance. Investigate and develop manufacturing technologies, including managing capital projects, while developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and operator training documentation. Interact with customers and suppliers as the key process technical resource and actively participate in plant EHS processes. Ensure all operations adhere to safe work practices to prevent unsafe situations or environmental harm.
