Job Summary
Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in manufacturing, recommending equipment modifications to improve production efficiencies and yields. Integrate capabilities to meet process specifications, review product development requirements for cost and schedule compatibility, and develop statistical analysis for process control. Lead innovation in new manufacturing concepts, including feasibility work, material selection, and tooling installation. Ensure all processes comply with regulations while interacting with design personnel to align processes and designs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
- Three (3) years of exposure within the Medical Devices Industry
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Validations experience
- Problem solving
- Team-working oriented
