Job Summary
Monitor, administer, and manage Incident prevention responsibilities within the Inside Plant environment for the West Region. Analyze customer specifications, scope of work, and methods of procedure to assess alignment with Co-Pilot program guidelines. Perform daily Co-Pilot analysis for new ISP projects nationwide, assigning turnbacks and identifying risk levels. Utilize Microsoft BI tools for data analysis and report bi-weekly with management to ensure organizational consistency. Provide direct and indirect technical support to field personnel and engineering teams while maintaining quality and process standards in telecommunications. Monitor emerging equipment types to identify relevant incident prevention risks.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- six months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 7 years of field engineering and/or installation in related field
- Strong written and verbal skills
