Job Summary
Process Engineer responsible for setting up production infrastructure and process flow, managing NPI introductions and related documentation (WO BOM Validation, Shop Floor Control Routing, ECN/ECO documentation, change orders, and work instructions), and providing production training and KPI-driven status reporting. Requires coordinating ECN in/cut-in, updating instructions, and ensuring accurate documentation across manufacturing and customer-facing processes. Role emphasizes continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S), analytical problem solving, and collaboration with internal teams and customers. Travel to client sites is required. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 3+ years of relevant experience; strong written and verbal communication and project-management skills, with the ability to generate detailed technical reports and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably Industrial or Mechanical)
- 3+ years experience in similar role
- Analytical and problem solving skills with continuous improvement mindset
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and 5S
