Process Engineer - Glass Fab

Job Summary
Support daily operations of glass fabrication including glass lathes and bulb joining. Collaborate with glass blowers to enhance process parameters for yield and quality. Lead Process Qualification activities and develop SOPs and process documentation. Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions for quality issues, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. Establish best practices and safety protocols while engaging with quality, maintenance, and production teams for operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 5+ years of related experience
