Process Engineer

Job Summary
Improve and support Configure to Order process for various products. Implement ECOs/DEVs and prepare/maintain appropriate documentation (SOPs, rework instructions, etc.). Support NPI process and provide DFX analysis. Work with IT in helping to develop and maintain the SFC system. Provide/define process requirements to related team members. Provide product configuration training to Production and QA departments. Create/maintain BOMs for configuration management. Support customer requests and assist with tours/audits of the production line.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Associates degree required
- 5+ years of Manufacturing Technician experience
- Min. 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment – CTO and/or system integration experience is a plus
- College Graduates will be considered
- Strong communication skills are a requirement
