Job Summary
Define and control industrial processes across the production of intermediates and finished goods through recipes, trials, procedures, and documentation. Apply continuous improvement philosophy to enhance quality, robustness, sustainability, and cost reduction across production lines. Support daily problem resolution by working closely with production staff to ensure procedures are followed and controls function effectively. Assist with internal and external audits and lead action plans to close identified gaps. Ensure all quality policies and procedures are adhered to while deploying improvements to achieve company goals. This role is based at the Parla location in Spain and requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field with less than three years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical field
- Less than 3 years of work experience (excluding intern & co-op experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Must be willing and able to relocate, travel domestically and internationally
- Must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Engineering Degrees: Chemical or Mechanical
- Experience on industrial environments
- Demonstrated experience on continuous improvement, LEAN and/or six sigma tools
- Green Belt certification
- Experience on the use of Information management tools such as ERPs, MES, share points
- Knowledge on programming macros in Excel, advance skills on PowerBI, PowerApps or any business intelligence tools
