Job Summary
Process Engineer responsible for leading and supporting the development of engineering concepts for customer proposals, including process flow diagrams, KPIs, and facility layouts; design and optimize end-to-end supply chain solutions from high-level network design to detailed process and station layouts; collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, Launch, and Operations; present technical solutions to customers; lead solution implementation at project launch, including master data setup, process validation, and onsite coordination; act as engineering interface during RFQ, design, and go-live; perform root cause analysis on site, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement; contribute to training and capability development of site-based engineering teams and embed regional standards; support MTM/MOST process reviews and operational optimisation; ensure data-driven reporting of engineering impact and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical engineering experience
- Proven experience in supply chain, operations, or industrial engineering environments with project delivery exposure
- Lean and Six Sigma practitioner with strong continuous improvement capability
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Visio or equivalent, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
- Experience in process design, operational analysis, and implementation of engineering solutions in live environments
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present effectively at all levels
- Strong analytical ability with confidence in interpreting data and drawing actionable conclusions
- Collaborative and adaptable working style, able to work independently or within cross-functional, multicultural teams
- Detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Willingness to travel across Europe (10–25%) for site-based support and audits
