Job Summary
Develop customer projects and industrialize current initiatives by creating documentation, including working instructions and workmanship standards. Collaborate with production staff to ensure process documents are followed and provide technical support while troubleshooting manufacturing process problems. Communicate with customer engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and assist the QA department with internal and external audits. Improve existing operations to increase quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement
- Solidworks / AutoCAD and blueprint interpretation experience
- Polished technical and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Robotics programming or teaching
