Job Summary
Contractor Process Engineer in CLS's Chief Controls Office (CCO) focused on mapping cross-functional processes to BPMN 2.0, identifying Lean/ Six Sigma-driven improvements, and embedding risk and control outcomes into BAU. Leads workshops with multiple stakeholders, drives timely, high-quality deliverables, and communicates progress to Senior Management. Experience with process mapping, business analysis, and Visio preferred; background in Financial Services or Consultancy and ability to engage cross-functional teams are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Professional qualifications / certifications in Operating Model design and development, Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma are beneficial but not essential
