Job Summary
Process Engineer at ConMet’s Clackamas, OR plant focused on supporting and improving aluminum die casting processes. Responsibilities include analyzing and improving process capability, throughput, yield and quality; troubleshooting and leading root cause analysis; implementing process improvements to reduce scrap, downtime, and variation; standardizing work and operating procedures; supporting equipment startups, trials, and validation; collaborating with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams; monitoring process data to identify trends; assisting with new product introductions and process changes; ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required
