Process Engineer

Process Engineer responsible for technology transfer, process/product/equipment transfer and timely releases; resolve operational issues to sustain customer demands; establish procedures and document continuous improvement; lead training and development of operators and technicians; support top management priorities to sustain operational demands in Coherent Corp. 100% onsite in Calamba, Philippines, with a focus on SPC-driven yield improvement, PFMEA/SOP development, and hands-on knowledge of laser/module assembly, vacuum soldering, wire bonding, fiber alignment, lidding, temperature cycling, helium leak testing and electro-optical testing; apply engineering changes, process qualification reviews, and related business processes to ensure compliant manufacturing operations.
