As a Process Engineer in CNC Automation at Dandy, you will own the development of CNC processes for patient-specific dental components, from prototype to production. Candidates must possess over 8 years of relevant experience and strong technical skills in CNC machining and automation.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in micron-level precision CNC machining, automation, or process development
  • Deep technical fluency in multi-axis milling (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)
  • Experience developing, tuning, or troubleshooting post-processors or control drivers for G- and M-code generation
  • Proven experience integrating automation or robotics into machining workflows
  • Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC), process validation, and manufacturing scalability
  • A systems-thinking approach

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with ceramics, CNC machining, spray applications, inkjet printing
