Job Summary
Process Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, support process development, troubleshoot, improve quality, and drive continuous operational efficiency across metal manufacturing, machining, and casting; reads blueprints and uses SolidWorks; collaborates across departments to design and improve tooling, patterns, and process instructions; supports quality systems and safety/environmental compliance; analyzes defects, implements corrective actions, and develops production routings; assists with process simulations and cost-saving projects; prepares quotes for manufacturing services and production work; offers medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and various insurance and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Materials, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with metals manufacturing, machining, casting processes, or production operations is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar modeling software preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with employees across multiple departments
