Process Engineer - Camera Assembly

Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed camera assembly process flows, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Define and optimize assembly sequences for components such as housings, lenses, boards, spacers, fasteners, labels, and subassemblies. Support new product introduction, pilot builds, and transition to full-rate production. Troubleshoot assembly issues on the production floor and implement corrective actions. Establish line balancing, workstation layouts, and bench utilization plans for assembly and troubleshooting stations. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Test, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operators to ensure robust, repeatable, and cost-effective camera assembly processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field
- 0+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
