Job Summary
In the role of Process Engineer for BiMOS Backend, you will improve the capability and quality of bonding and welding processes using data analysis tools and experimental design. Responsibilities include analyzing production data to optimize performance and being involved in troubleshooting to sustain production throughput. You will also play a significant part in the development of new automated production systems to enhance manufacturing quality and capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in an automated production environment, ideally within the semiconductor industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quality-focused mindset
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Familiarity with DoE, data analysis, Six Sigma methodologies, and production statistics
- Proficiency in both German and English
