Job Summary
Generate and evaluate the risk/reward priority of improvement opportunities while maintaining a Lean mindset. Maintain presence on the production floor to provide hands-on troubleshooting of manufacturing processes and equipment, driving root cause analysis and corrective action across operational teams. Improve yield, efficiency, and capacity of processes in accordance with strategic business objectives by developing, documenting, implementing, and sustaining manufacturing processes using appropriate data and statistical tools. This role requires a recent college graduate with an Engineering degree, strong analytical skills, and self-motivation to lead in a collaborative, transparent manner within a performance-driven organization.
