Process Engineer

Job Summary
Implements and sustains manufacturing work processes in a high-speed automated medical manufacturing environment; identifies critical equipment settings and creates standards; develops technical knowledge for operators and technicians and transfers it through coaching on continuous improvement methodologies. Drives OEE performance by analyzing current equipment effectiveness, eliminating losses, and leading change control including validation activities and root cause analysis of quality events and deviations. Ensures safety and product quality, supports new process introductions and process improvements to meet unit objectives, and maintains equipment running efficiently. Minimum 4 days in-office presence per week; vaccination may be required in certain locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Engineering
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering
- Two years medical manufacturing experience
- Three years manufacturing experience
- High speed, automated manufacturing experience
