Job Summary
Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives while utilizing process expertise for multiple business groups. Complete integrated process analyses to identify procedural and control deficiencies, then recommend solutions for complex problems involving process segments. Consult with leaders to adapt research, create alternatives, and effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership. Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Alteryx, implementing configuration changes and performing proactive platform maintenance. Investigate and resolve production defects through root cause analysis, execute testing and validation activities, and coordinate deployments. Identify automation optimization opportunities to reduce operational defects and improve platform reliability.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Process Engineering experience
- Equivalent demonstrated through work experience
- Equivalent demonstrated through training
- Equivalent demonstrated through military experience
- Equivalent demonstrated through education
