Job Summary
Support product launches from DV by providing people and equipment resources for proto/engineering builds and capability studies. Report day-to-day activities to improve or maintain production SPQVC KPIs such as equipment OEE and FTQ. Maintain the master PM schedule, optimize machine up-time, and conduct LSRs to close findings and share lessons learned. Plan and execute equipment/tooling installations for capacity increases while attending regular PDT meetings to drive escalations based on LME requests. Review with IE on capacity planning and purchase needs. Minimum three years in automotive manufacturing engineering required with strong lean concepts knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in automotive industry
- Preferred in manufacturing engineering
- Bachelor's degree or similar with technical education
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Ability to work and live in a global network environment
- Strong knowledge of lean concepts
- Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive work style
- Fluent Business English and Polish
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Highly effective organizational and planning skills
