Job Summary

Process Engineer responsible for evaluation, design, and support of membrane gas applications, with a focus on the high-growth biogas upgrading market. Works with Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Business, Product Strategy, and Product Development to support customer inquiries, troubleshoot existing systems, develop and support design tools, and facilitate customer relationships. Key duties include Aspen heat and material balance simulations for new and existing customers, evaluating new application inquiries, leading R&D programs for new applications and products, supporting P&ID development and operability reviews, troubleshooting product performance issues, customer training on membranes, and on-site service support. Requires 3+ years of process engineering experience, strong communication and cross-functional collaboration, willingness to travel up to domestic/international locations (estimated 10%), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. Preferred experience with membrane systems and gases processing; valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 3+ years of Process Engineering experience
  • Membrane process design strongly preferred
  • Field experience with gas processing equipment (biogas, natural gas, or petrochemical) preferred
