Job Summary
Develop, document and implement robust assembly processes and work instructions to drive consistency and high-quality output. Maintain PFMEA documentation and control plans; develop process maps and SOPs. Lead process audits, support new product introductions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Focus on root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and applying standardized methodologies to optimise manufacturing performance and ensure smooth integration into production.

- Experience in manufacturing process development or industrial engineering environment preferred
