Process Engineer

Job Summary
Lead and manage process- and project-focused improvements across Actus Nutrition locations, identifying and implementing equipment and process changes to optimize current manufacturing and the commercialization of new products. Collaborate with plant management, outside vendors, and internal teams to define scope, budgets and timelines; design, evaluate, and procure new equipment and technologies; prepare justification documents for capital requests; drive productivity, waste reduction, and cost-reduction initiatives through innovations in process design and standard work; provide technical training for operators and support teams; identify opportunities to enhance quality, cost, performance, and maintenance, and develop projects to eliminate waste and streamline manufacturing flow. Strong emphasis on project leadership, budgeting, capital planning, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Process, Chemical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience
- AutoCAD design
- P&ID knowledge or experience
- Significant interaction with manufacturing facilities is required
