Job Summary
Process Engineer responsible for statistical process control, yield and scrap cost tracking to improve process flow; implement yield improvements and troubleshoot existing procedures; enable and document improved processes; perform failure mode analysis of the subdivision and complete analyses in a timely fashion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above from Optical, electrical, automation or related subjects
- 5+ years experience in optical components or modules
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written English
- Solid skills needed in product failure analysis and data analysis
- Understand the mechanical drawing and basic design for jigs/fixtures
- Train technician to improve work skill
