Process Engineer 2

Monitor existing production processes with focus on problem-prone products and establish processing conditions for plastics compounding equipment. Develop new production methods, conduct plant trials to qualify processes, and resolve issues by integrating with Manufacturing and Technology. Lead or participate in cross-functional improvement projects to drive cost reduction, implement lean initiatives like 5S and value stream mapping, and perform timely root cause analysis for corrective actions. Assist in setting performance standards to reduce reject rates and communicate with related parties during new product process transfers.
