Job Summary
Lead productivity improvement initiatives across laboratory operations by identifying bottlenecks and developing KPIs and performance dashboards. Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean methodologies to standardize workflows and create efficient operating procedures. Manage project plans, schedules, and risks while partnering with IT teams to deploy digital workflows leveraging Power BI and automation tools. Maintain process documentation, training materials, and operational playbooks to support certification and competency development programs. Track benefits realization and productivity gains to support strategic planning and operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in: Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Systems Engineering
- 3-6 years of experience in: Semiconductor Operations, Laboratory Operations, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, Program Management, Process Excellence
