Job Summary
Conceive, design, and advance scientific experiments to drive project milestones while independently preparing novel protocols and interpreting data to assess impact. Lead research teams, initiate external collaborations, and introduce advanced technologies, contributing to journal articles or technical documents as a lead author. Plan detailed procedures with defined timelines and resources, making proactive decisions to achieve goals. Expand knowledge beyond core expertise and develop supervisory skills to mentor others.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate PhD OR PharmD OR MD [+ relevant post-doc where applicable]
- Masters + 3 years of Scientific experience
- Bachelors + 5 years of Scientific experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
