Job Summary
Lead hands-on process development, scale-up, and troubleshooting studies for Downstream Processing and Single Use Technologies, converting raw data into scientific recommendations. Design and execute implementation activities following self-developed protocols while acting as the primary Subject Matter Expert for batch and integrated bioprocesses. Process and analyze data to support root cause investigations and process optimization. Deliver consultative guidance to clients' technical teams and engage in thought leadership through industry conferences, seminars, and webinars. Collaborate with internal commercial, R&D, and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and support commercial success.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree or Ph.D. In Biochemical Engineering or Life Sciences
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles or scientific consulting
- Familiarity with scientific modeling tools applied to bioprocess optimization
- 5-10 years of experience in delivering technical presentations at industry conferences or seminars
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to biopharmaceutical manufacturing (GMP, ICH guidelines)
