Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing Process Development Team responsible for the design, optimisation, and scale-up of viral vector processes (AAV, LV, and other vectors) across Upstream and Downstream; translate program goals into clear technical plans, ensure high-quality on-time delivery across client and internal programs, and partner with stakeholders to support project execution, capacity planning, and operational readiness. Bring technical leadership, problem solving, and strategic input across development and manufacturing interfaces; contribute to client proposals, reports, and scientific communications; balance hands-on scientific leadership with people leadership and operational oversight in a world-class Australian biotech setting.
