Job Summary

Develop, evaluate, and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability while identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions. Transition processes from pilot or prototype stages to full-scale production, ensuring consistency, regulatory compliance, and product integrity. Lead a team of engineers, manage cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance groups, and monitor production metrics to drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and safety protocols by conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures. Leverage automation, control systems, and software tools like AutoCAD and PLC programming to optimize manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development, manufacturing optimization, or related engineering roles
  • At least 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Proficient in simulation and modeling software (e.g., FEA tools)
  • Knowledgeable in automation systems
  • Knowledgeable in PLC programming
  • Knowledgeable in industrial control platforms
  • Strong technical acumen
  • Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex process inefficiencies
  • Proven ability to implement data-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects
  • Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Attention to regulatory compliance
  • Attention to operational accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
