Process Development Engineer — Medical Device (Onsite — Maple Grove, MN) Contract

Undertake product development tasks including writing specifications, maintaining documentation, testing processes and materials, and validating equipment. Design rudimentary tooling and fixtures, coordinate engineering tests and experiments, and apply technical development methodologies. Compile, analyze, and report operational and research data to establish performance standards for new products or processes. Prepare standard reports to communicate results to the technical community and train technicians on new procedures. Identify improvement areas, suggest solutions, and submit idea records while maintaining compliance with all quality requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers.
