Job Summary
Ensure component processibility and reliability meet product requirements by developing and optimizing SMT processes, adjusting design parameters, and preparing technical documentation. Analyze production defects to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and reduce internal defect costs. Collaborate with quality departments and production teams to evaluate risks and propose preventive measures. Conduct continuous process optimization while maintaining familiarity with industry standards like IPC and ISO. Fluent in English and self-driven, you will contribute to shaping beneficial technologies across mobility, consumer goods, and energy sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Background in mechanical engineering or material engineering with a master's degree or higher
- Familiar with metallurgy-related fields
- Working experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
- Solid understanding of relevant processes and technical principles
- Familiar with common industry standards (e.g., IPC, ISO)
- Good understanding of component processibility and reliability testing
- Experience in process development and optimization
- Experience in problem solving of quality cases
- Fluent in English
