Job Summary
Conduct laboratory experiments supporting downstream/drug substance process development, including preparing solutions, running unit operations like chromatography and filtration, and executing basic sample analysis. Observe and analyze experimental data to identify and troubleshoot unexpected results, then compile findings to contribute to templated technical documents. Document procedures, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks while maintaining training compliance and ensuring proper chemical and hazardous waste handling. React productively to changes and handle essential tasks as assigned within the KBI Biopharma Downstream Process Development organization.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree
- 2+ years experience
- M.S. degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Focus on customer service
- Ability to meet strict client deadlines
- Flexibility of hours to support downstream processes
