Job Summary
Process Development Assistant Manager负责Embelex外部装饰类辅料的工艺技术开发、创新、管理与质量控制。通过与设计师共同参与新项目启动,主导辅料(热转印类产品,包含硅胶、PU、TPU等)的工艺创新、打样与标准化工作;研究行业趋势与新材料新工艺,建立并维护核心产品库与工艺标准库;参与成本分析并实现降本目标;跨部门提供技术支持,处理重大质量问题,建立知识共享与培训体系。职位要求大专及以上学历,5年以上服装辅料开发或工艺管理经验,熟悉辅料从设计到生产的完整流程及测试标准,具备良好沟通能力与英语读写能力。

- 大专及以上学历
- 5年及以上服装行业辅料开发或工艺管理相关经验
- 熟悉辅料从设计到生产的完整流程
- 熟悉国内外常用辅料测试标准
- 较好的沟通与影响力,能够与不同背景的同事及供应商有效沟通,推动技术方案落地
- 优秀的英语读写能力,能处理英文技术资料;听说能力良好者优先
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of apparel industry embellishment or process management experience
- proficiency with decorative embellishment materials and production processes
- ability to develop process standards, testing standards, and cost structures
- strong cross‐functional collaboration and communication skills
- English reading/writing ability; proficient with technical English materials
- experience with heat transfer products and materials such as silicone, PU, TPU
- familiarity with washing, crocking, dye migration, aging testing
- ability to lead concept-to-product development and sample creation
- experience in lifecycle management and technical documentation
- ability to participate in industry trends and product launches throughout the year
- education at associate degree level or higher
