Job Summary
As a Process Designer, you will create equipment and piping layouts, develop drawing packages, and collaborate with project teams and clients. Responsibilities include utilizing 3D scanners, assisting in the creation of AutoCAD layouts, developing 3D models using Revit, and reviewing OEM drawings for compliance. You must analyze and improve existing designs, coordinate with teams during design and construction phases, and travel to various sites for project support. Qualifications include an Associate's degree in a related field and 1-5 years of experience in process design with proficiency in design software.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with process design software, AutoCAD 2D, Revit or other 3D software
- Exposer and / or skilled in relevant software; Microsoft Office Software, Procore, Bluebeam, Adobe, Power BI and BIM / ACC
- Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including interpersonal skills
- Innovative thinking and the ability to develop creative solutions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with industry regulations, and standards including safety
- Flexibility to work in different environments and adapt to changing project requirements
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel regularly for site visits, attend project meetings, corporate training, and events
- Ability to travel internationally, obtain and maintain a valid passport
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance during business trips
- Compliance with company travel policies and procedures
