Job Summary
Process Coordinator role focused on assessing the needs of students and coordinating special education services within the Wright City School District. Responsible for coordinating IEP/ISP processes, ensuring compliance with district/state/federal laws, providing staff training and program development, monitoring discipline and assessment data, and supporting the delivery of high-quality special education services. Requires collaboration with teachers and administrators, data collection for state reports, and proficiency with data management tools such as SpedTrack, MAP, and DLM; supports planning, scheduling, and documentation of procedures and outcomes across special education programs.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Minimum of five years of experience provide special education instruction and services
- Missouri Special Education Administrator or School Leader certification (preferred)
- Missouri Certification in Special Education
- Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports; communicate effectively
- Experience in developing and coordinating IEPs/ISP processes
- Data management experience (e.g., MAP, DLM) and compliance with state/federal regulations
