Process Controller

Monitor live vessel, yard, and gate operations to ensure smooth execution and achievement of operational targets. Execute and follow up on system-driven work instructions to maintain continuity and prevent stoppages. Optimize deployment of container handling equipment (CHE) using planning tools and real-time adjustments. Coordinate closely with RCC, quayside, and yard control teams to maximize productivity and flow. Identify, manage, and resolve operational exceptions and perform root cause analysis on failures to drive timely resolution with relevant stakeholders. Support training and onboarding of new team members while ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to processes. Demonstrate continuous improvement mindset, customer focus, integrity, and leadership by solving problems at the root and raising standards, in a multinational, Lean-driven environment.
