Process Control Inspector

Job Summary
Process Control Inspector monitors manufacturing processes, workmanship standards, and product quality to ensure compliance with customer specifications, engineering requirements, internal procedures, and ISO quality standards. Responsibilities include routine production floor walkthroughs, identifying process deviations and quality concerns, documenting findings with reports and photos, communicating issues to production and quality leadership, supporting proactive resolution and continuous improvement, verifying adherence to procedures, and using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, tape measures) to maintain accurate records. Requires a high school diploma or GED; heavy manufacturing/transformer experience preferred; role is safety-sensitive with possible overtime/weekend work; located at Pine Bluff, AR.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing quality inspection, process auditing, or quality control experience preferred
- Experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred
- Transformer manufacturing experience preferred
