Process Control Engineer (Quality Control)

Job Summary
Conduct advanced engineering duties focused on troubleshooting, process improvement, and product inspection for defects or specification deviations. Convert new tire designs to meet plant production equipment and specifications while interfacing with manufacturing, engineering, and external organizations. Lead manufacturing process optimization for legacy and next-generation products, maintain equipment, and validate testing protocols using a Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology. Support continuous safety improvement, develop new test methods, and implement corrective actions based on internal and customer audits. Work full-time core business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) with initial training under an experienced engineer.
Required Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in a field of science or learning major
- 0+ years of proven engineering experience in the manufacturing industry
- good command of written and spoken English
Desired Qualifications
- mechanical/ chemical/ material science/ industrial engineering major or advanced degree in a related field
