Process Control Analyst

Job Summary
Provide training on continuous improvement (CI) tools and techniques to support team discussions on CI activities. Help departments follow the established daily management system (DMS) by facilitating root-cause analysis to address losses and KPI scorecard gaps. Establish new work standards and train colleagues on CI tools resulting from improvement activities. Manage the implementation of Manufacturing Standards Operational Excellence projects in the Lima plant, including support for co-manufacturers, defect reduction, and new equipment or methodology rollout. Lead the implementation of the Quality Suite and IoT initiatives while handling problem-solving tools for corrective and preventive actions. Requires at least two years of process control experience, advanced Power BI skills, and English proficiency. Located in Lima with a hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or bachelor's degree related to the food industry, chemistry, industrial, or related careers
- At least 2 years of experience in process control roles within industry
- Technical knowledge in quality management systems and programs
- Expert in process control and statistical process control
- Implementation and management of systemic processes (Work Process) and indicator management
- Handling of problem solving tools (Level 4) for the generation of effective corrective and preventive actions
- TPM WP experience in QM, AM and PM pillars
- English language Advanced level (essential)
- Advanced handling of power BI
- CI and high-performance work systems experience
- Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
- Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems
- Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
- Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
- Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
