Job Summary
Lead As-Is process assessments in investment and wealth management to identify inefficiencies and design To-Be processes across advisory, investment, and operations workflows. Define KPIs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction while collaborating with technology teams to ensure alignment. Identify use cases for AI, analytics, and automation, translating business needs into technical requirements for document extraction, predictive insights, and workflow automation. Act as a bridge between business users, product owners, and vendors to manage day-to-day functional delivery, prioritize issues, and prepare functional documents for smooth deployment. Validate outputs from AI solutions and support UAT, training, and change management activities.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience as a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst in Investment or Wealth Management
- Strong understanding of front‐office, middle‐office, and operational processes in wealth/investment domains
- Hands-on experience in process mapping, requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT
- Exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven transformation initiatives
- Ability to translate business problems into structured functional solutions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with tools/platforms such as: Portfolio/OMS/PMS platforms
- Experience working with tools/platforms such as: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Temenos, Avaloq, Charles River, Broadridge, etc.
- Experience working with Automation tools (UiPath/AA), workflow tools (Appian/PEGA)
- Experience working with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, Suitability, FATCA/CRS, MiFID, etc.)
- Certifications like CFA (Level 1), FRM, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, Agile/Scrum
